How To Have A Great Party

Now that the holidays are coming, most people throwing a party want to throw a great party. A party that their friends and loved ones enjoy.

The first thing that you would need to do is make a list of the amount of people that you want to invite, and always add 10 people to the list in case someone brings someone else. Pick a theme for the party. You should try and find something fun like for example, costume party, Hawaiian party, or a pajama party. Go to discount stores in your area and try to buy any items that you can afford to decorate your party with. You can also make your own decorations. Keep everything within the theme.

Have at least two different dishes of food and of course appetizers. Keep it simple. If you are providing alcoholic beverages, make sure that you watch out for the young teenagers getting a hold of the liquor. The alcohol can be kept at a reasonable inexpensive price also. The way that you can keep a budget on the alcohol is by making an alcoholic fruit punch drink by adding vodka or rum to the the fruit punch juice. You can also purchase some beer.

Create a budget for yourself before you even go out and purchase anything for the party. You must know how much money you can spare for the party. Once you know how much you spend, then you can go and purchase all necessary items for the party. It is important to stay within your budget, especially if you are on a tight one. You can also have your guest all bring something along to the party to help you out in your spending budget. When you have people bring things to the party it helps keep your budget at a near low amount.
A great idea for a fun party is to have dance contest. You can also do the limbo which is always a party favorite. Tell stories about funny events that has happened in each others lives. If you keep everyone involved in fun activities you will have a great party.
